All rates are inclusive of materials and location (whether at our studio or an offsite
location). Please review the structure below and the important guidelines at the end.


Important Information & Policies

• Fees are inclusive of all materials, tools, and basic equipment unless otherwise stated.
  
• Schedule must be fixed in advance (same days/times each week) for monthly packages.
  
• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid session deduction.
  
• Monthly bookings are valid for 4 weeks only. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward unless discussed with tutors at least24 hours in advance of next scheduled class.
  
• Private groups can be arranged with custom rates depending on number of participants.
  
• Custom workshop types (e.g., tufting, animation) may fall under a different pricing tier.
  
• Payment is required in advance to confirm slots.
  
• Sessions start on time, and student delays are not compensated with extra time.
  
• If a student misses 3 consecutive sessions without notice, the booking will be canceled without refund.
  
• No accompanying guests are allowed in the workshop area unless agreed in advance.
  
• Aprons or old clothes are recommended to protect clothing during activities.
  
• Photos taken during sessions may be used for documentation or marketing unless a no-photo request is made.
  
• Please inform us in advance if there are any allergies to specific materials.
