Fire Your Pottery – Rules & Conditions

• Provide clay and glaze type with the temperature range.

• Pieces must be fully dry: 1 week for small/thin pieces, up to 3 weeks for larger ones.

• Clean the base and leave space so glaze doesn’t touch the kiln shelf.

• No visible cracks - cracked pieces may explode during firing.

• We are not responsible for cracks, breakage, or the final result.

• By requesting this service, you accept that results may vary and may not meet your expectations, including discoloration, changes in texture, crackling, bubbling, or other kiln-related effects.

• Certain factors are beyond our control—such as overheating, power outages, or kiln faults—and Art Box Studio is not responsible for any resulting damage or undesired outcome.

• Unclaimed pieces after 30 days may be discarded.
